login as root

download font thai จาก

ftp://linux.thai.net/pub/ThaiLinux/software/thai-ttf/

แตก tar.gz

จะ ได้ *.TTF

หลังจากนั้น copy ไปไว้ที่ directory

/usr/share/fonts/TTF

 

step 3 setup kde ใช้ font thai

double click ที่ icon home

เข้า menu

settings/config conqueror

เลือก apperence

set standard font เป็น LOMA

 

step 4 setup firefox ให้ใช้ ภาษาไทย

เปิด firefox ขึ้นมา

เลือก menu

edit/preference

เข้า tab content

กด advance

Font for :Thai

Serif:Loma

San-serif: Loma

Monospace: Loma

Default character encoding: THAI(ISO-8859-11)

ok

close

 

step 5 setup amarok ให้ใช้ font thai

เปิด amarok

เข้า menu

setting/config amarok

เข้า appearence

ติกที่ use custom fonts

playlist window : Loma 12

เข้า OSD

ติกที่ use on-screen-display

font : Loma-16

 

ของแถม

เข้า playback

ติกที่ no crossfading

inter gap: 0 ms

setup open office load save word excel powerpoint

เข้า menu ของ pclinuxos

office/word processors/open office.org writer

เข้า menu ของ writer

tools/options/load save/general

Default file format

1 Text document : microsoft word 97/2000/XP

2 Spread shee: microsoft excel 97/2000/XP

3 Presentatio: microsoft powerpoint 97/2000/XP

เปลี่ยนสิทธิ์ เป็น read-write

เปิด easytag เลือก directory ที่เก็บ mp3

ลอง กด left win key ไปมา บน taskbar จะมีธงชาติ ไทย สลับกับ USA

ถ้าไม่มีธงชาติ

add applet to panel

step 9 setup time and date 24 hr and dd/mm/yyyy

click mouse ขวาที่ นาฬิกา บน taskbar

date time format

tab time and dates

Time format :HH:MM:SS

Date format : WEEKDAY DD MM YYYY

Short date format : DD.MM.YYYY

synaptic stardict

download

thai-english , english-thai dic

ลบ file ใน directory /usr/share/stardict/dic

แตก tar.gz

copy *.* to directory

/usr/share/stardict/dic

เสร็จ

stardict จะอยู่ใน menu ของ pclinuxos

คือ

office/assessery/stardict

 

ลง driver ที่ต้องการ

ลง program (synaptic) ที่ต้องการ

 

logout root

 

ทำ แบบนี้กับ user ที่ต้องการ config ทุก user

เพราะว่าถ้าเปลี่ยน user config ก็จะคนละแบบ

 

แล้ว make live cd กัน (กระทู้ก่อน)
